Requirements for Baptism:
Must be a registered and active member here at St. Anne's Parish (attending mass here).
The maximum number of sponsors is two. The sponsor (s) must be at least sixteen years of age.
Godparents must be fully initiated Catholic. They must have received the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. If the godparents are a married couple they must be married by a Catholic Church. Both parents and godparents must attend the Pre-Baptismal Class (Before Baptism).
When you register we ask that you have your Child's Birth Certificate.

Quinceaneras:
Must notify the church with 3 months in advance. The quinceanera must have all her sacraments Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. If she does not have Confirmation, she should be enrolled and assisting classes of confirmation.
